General questions

What do you sell?

We sell drone products. We are specialised in race drones.

How long have you existed?

We started in late 2017 with the idea and from 1-1-2018 we started with the sales.

Do you have your own stock?

Yes. All our products are in stock. If a product says “Sold out” or “Available via back-order”, we have already purchased it from our supplier or we currently do not have it in stock. Call us on +31(0)85-0609343 to request the current status of the product and we can immediately give you a time indication.

Is Drone Central a registered company?

Yes. We are registered at the Chamber of Commerce under archive number 70411980 (Chamber of Commerce number).

Payment

What payment methods do you have?

We currently support the following payment methods: iDeal, Bancontact, PayPal and Credit Card.

Can I also make a bank transfer?

Please contact our customer service (support@dronecentral.nl) to enquire about the possibilities to pay by bank transfer.

How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs within the Netherlands are € 5.75 per order regardless of the number of items. Or €3.80 for in a letterbox package.

Which carriers do you use?

We only use DPD and PostNL (DHL in some cases). We do this because it saves a lot of money for the consumer. It is also the case with DPD that it is easier to have your parcel delivered later or give permission for it to be placed in front of your door. If you have any questions about this, you can always call or email us.

Can my order be delivered to a service point?

Yes you can! Check the box “Delivery service point” and select your desired service point on the checkout page.

I live in Belgium. Do you also deliver in Belgium?

Yes! Our Belgian customers can also order. The parcels are sent via DPD.

Do you also supply service points in Belgium?

Not yet. We are planning to expand our service point delivery to Belgium. We do not know when.

Return

How does the return process work?

First you contact us to report a return. You will receive an RMA number that you put on the return form and fill in the details. Then send this form back to us by mail. Then the package may be sent to us. If you do not do this, there is a chance that we do not know who it is from (no refund will be made.). It would be a good idea to print out the form and add it to the shipment. That saves us a lot of time. Please note: all costs incurred for a return are for the buyer. Unless otherwise stated.

I haven't got my money back yet, what now?

A refund will be made as soon as we have received the return shipment. Then an inspection is done to see if the product is still saleable. If this is not the case, the costs will be deducted from the refund.

  • iDeal refund: 3 to 10 working days
  • PayPal: 2 to 12 working days
  • Credit Card: 2 to 12 working days
  • Bancontact: 3 to 10 working days

In some cases, refunds from iDeal are returned in 48 hours.

Please note: shipping costs will not be refunded unless otherwise indicated.
